As the Creative Producer, I acted as the primary architect for the project’s visual lifecycle—managing the intersection of creative strategy, technical production, and brand stewardship. My focus was ensuring that every deliverable not only met rigorous standards but also resonated emotionally with the target audience.
The objective was to elevate Jibbitz™ charms from simple shoe accessories to essential tools for self-expression.The visual direction was loud, colorful, and tactile, designed to stop the scroll and drive "attachment rates" (getting customers to add Jibbitz to their cart alongside their clogs).
